'IT DIDN'T ACTUALLY HIT HIM'

Ex-glamour model wannabe filmed spitting at man during school run claims she was only defending herself

Carla Marinee spat at the man after parking in front of a 'private property - no parking' sign

THE mum filmed spitting at a man who asked her to move her car from his driveway has apologised for her actions saying “it didn’t actually hit him”.

Footage of Carla Marinee went viral after it showed her holding her toddler as she argued with a home owner who asked her to move her car.

But speaking exclusively to Sun Online mum-two-Carla admitted: “I was frustrated. I really shouldn’t have reacted like that but I did. I am sorry about it all. It was a really bad, disgusting reaction.

“I’m not sticking up for myself but it didn’t actually hit him.

“I won’t go round acting like that again. It was just a really bad reaction in the morning."

Carla added: “I would have moved when he asked me to but I saw he had a camera and I totally overreacted.

“I didn’t want to be filmed. I didn’t want my children on camera. I didn’t feel like I deserved to be threatened to be on Youtube.

“Obviously I reacted in completely the wrong way and have given him the fuel he needed and the reaction he needed and it’s gone totally out of control.”

The footage shows Carla getting out of her car on the school run.

At first she apologises for blocking the man's exit - but then she notices he's filming her and the situation spirals into chaos.

He says: "Excuse me this is a private driveway" and she replies: "Don't you have to have my permission to film me?"

Glamour shots of the 28-year-old have since been circulated online – but Carla insists they were just a bit of fun.

She added: “About three or four years back I did some promo work. The pictures were for a bit of fun. It’s being dragged up. It wasn’t modelling – it was promo work and a few photos.

“They were for me really – not for anything else. I wouldn't say I wanted to be a glamour model."

In clip the man tells her that as he is on private property he can "do what I like."

Carla then spits at the man - while still holding the youngster.

The mum turns her back on the man as he swears at her.

She then apologises for parking there and claims she didn't think he would get "that mad".

But the man says: "That's assault what you've just done to me."

Carla retorts: "I missed you."

The man films her vehicle registration number and tells her: "You're the one on YouTube."

He repeats that she spat at him and she angrily retorts: "But it would make an improvement if it did, you ugly c***."

She then drives off.

Carla said she would have moved – but felt “intimidated” once she knew she was being filmed.

Single Carla – who was handed a police caution for the incident - added: “I was at fault. But I didn’t expect him to be videoing me – I felt very intimidated.

“I don’t go round getting into trouble and I thought it was a private matter between us.

“I do feel like he was provoking parents.”

Now the working mum says she is getting hate mail online – with users telling her to “drink bleach” and threatening to slash her tyres.

Carla, who lives in Kettering, Northamptonshire, said: “I’m getting a lot of hate mail but no one really knows what happened. Obviously what I did was wrong. From five to zero seconds I’ve given him a reaction. More fool me.

“I didn’t expect anything like this to happen. It’s getting out of control.

"Since it’s gone viral I’m getting messages telling me to drink bleach. I feel like I’m being bullied from it all. I’m not a nasty person. It’s absolutely horrible.

“It’s one moment in my life and I feel like it’s making me look like a person that I’m not. I don’t feel like I should be judged on that one moment in my life.”
