Dad, 31, charged with manslaughter after son, 11, dies from snake bite ‘that he ignored’
A DAD has been charged with manslaughter after his 11-year-old son died from a snake bite.
Cops have accused Kerrod Frahm, 31, of failing to get Tristian Frahm medical help after the youngster was attacked by the reptile in Australia.
Police allege Frahm did not take his son's complaint seriously after he was bitten and instead ignored it.
They were visiting a friend in Murgon, Queensland, in November 2021 when Tristian pleaded for help.
Frahm was charged on Tuesday following a 12-month probe.
It is alleged the father and son went to bed after Tristian told Frahm he had been bitten by a snake.

Tristian then got out of bed during the night to be sick and his lifeless body was found outside the following morning, reported.
Following his death, Tristian's devastated loved ones paid tribute, describing him as a "little hero".
His aunt wrote: "I’m so beyond lost for words and the heartbreak is unimaginable.
"I’m still in disbelief. I couldn’t be any luckier to have had a nephew like you.
