Shock as man is abducted at the side of motorway after mystery kidnappers rammed into his vehicle
The man was missing for three hours before being found by investigating police
A DRIVER has been rammed before being bundled into a car in a shocking kidnapping in broad daylight, police have said.
The man, who is in his 40s, was driving on the Ardee M1 link road on Tuesday when another car smashed into his vehicle, forcing him to stop his car.
The man was then forced into a grey Toyota Avensis, going missing for three hours.
He has since been found by gardai from Ardee.
He was physically shaken from the attack but is said to be otherwise unharmed.

Gardai have confirmed there was an incident about 5.30pm, saying a man had been crashed into and forced to stop his car in Co Leath.
The man was not previously known to police,
Gardai in Ardee are now investigating.
