Facebook unveils amazing new feature that will revolutionise your selfies
Mark Zuckerberg reveals incredible software which use artificial intelligence to automatically alter images
Mark Zuckerberg has unveiled a cool new Facebook feature which uses artificial intelligence to produce images.
On his own social media profile, the billionaire showed off a new technique called "style transfer", which allows the site's AI to turn your videos or photos into paintings in real time.
All you have to do is show it a painting and the AI will then mimic the style of the painting, transferring it to your picture or video.
While the AI is currently in testing and has not yet been given a release date, Zuckerberg did hint at it being given a general release.
He wrote: "Looking forward to getting this in your hands soon!"
The appearance of the filters looks similar to those available in Snapchat and in Apple's Photobooth application, but seems to have been built with a much more responsive AI system.
