Fuming local starts one-man crusade against lazy dog owners by spray-painting circles and ‘CLEAN’ around their pets’ mess
The raging vigilante wants to start a Ghostbusters-style squad with the slogan 'Poo you gonna call?'

A VIGILANTE engineer has waged a one-man war against dog poo - by spray-painting 'Clean' around the mess.
Fuming Anthony Harvey was forced to take matters into his own hands after bombarding council chiefs with complaints didn't work.
The 29-year-old spray-paints around the dog poo and writes 'clean' next to it in Basildon, Essex.
He is now considering starting a Ghostbusters-style group to fight lazy dog owners - with the slogan 'Poo you gonna call'.
The engineer said: "It's simple hygiene, people can say what they like about my spray paint, but stepping on something is a lot worse.
"The council haven't done enough, I have reported it countless times, they cleaned it and it is still there.
"Maybe I shouldn't have spray painted it, but it just shows what is on the path.
"Hopefully people think 'If that person is mad enough to spray it, they might be mad enough to catch me'.
"It's just horrible, every time I get out of the car it is there. My girlfriend's mum is in a wheelchair and when she comes over it gets in the wheels."
