Jodie Marsh has harassment charges dropped by husband James Placido after being arrested back in June
The reality star was charged by Essex police back following an alleged series of texts to her estranged spouse
THE harassment charges against Jodie Marsh filed by her estranged husband have been dropped.
Marsh has claimed she was arrested and charged with harassment following a dispute with estranged husband James Placido.
The tattooed former glamour model was arrested back in June after allegedly bombarding her ex James Placido with text messages.
The busty documentary filmmaker also praised her lawyer saying “She fought for me & she CARED! X."
But the 37-year-old beauty issued this warning to her 607,000 followers: "So now you know folks; if your
partner owes you large sums of money, don't text them more than twice as it's classed as 'harassment'."
Marsh was arrested by cops on June 4 and charged by Essex police.
The reality star’s team released a statement confirming that Placido had been “removed” from her house in April.
The statement read: "Jodie was arrested four months ago and charged last night with the offence of harassment for texts she sent to Mr Placido asking for her father’s money back.
"Jodie completely denies the charges of harassment and looks forward to going to court, not only to prove her innocence but so that the full truth about Mr Placido can finally come out.
"We have not further comment at the moment, other than Jodie has some very exciting projects coming up and she is forever grateful to her loyal fans for all their support at this time."
The pair were married in August 2015 after a whirlwind romance.
Marsh previously referred to herself as a “very bad girl” after she was arrested and charged with harassment.
Earlier this month, she tweeted: "You thought I was a bad girl cos I’m covered in tattoos and ride Harleys….. now I’m the ULTIMATE bad girl #arrested.”
Followed by: “To sum up; I have been arrested and charged with ‘harassment’.
“I’m a very bad girl.
She also claimed that her estranged husband Placido took “thousands of pounds” from her father.
