Tragedy as casting agent, 40s, is found dead after going missing on her way home from party
TRIBUTES have been paid to a woman who was found dead in a hotel after she vanished on her way back from a party.
Josie George was reported missing on Sunday after she was last seen leaving the bash in an Uber in West London.
The casting agent, aged in her 40s, was tragically found dead on Tuesday at a hotel in Tower Bridge Road.
Police are treating her death as "unexpected" but not suspicious.
Tributes have now flooded in Josie, who also worked as a creative director in the capital.
One friend said: "I don't have all the words to describe how much light and love Josie George brought into my life, she was always at the heart of everything fun, causing mischief, making shows, sharing adventures.

"Protector of the clan, it's hard to imagine a World without Josie in it, making an entrance and filling up the room in a way that only she could.
"Sending love to her family and all her friends new and old."
While another wrote: "Josie will always be remembered for enriching our lives with her good energy, kindness, warmth, compassion, sincerity, exuberance, support, brilliance, spontaneity and boundless enthusiasm.
"Josie illuminated every room she entered with her positive vibes and it was an absolute privilege to call her a friend.
"Naturally her friends and family are devastated and trying to deal with the loss."
The Met Police confirmed Josie's next of kin have been informed of the tragedy.
A spokesperson said: "Shortly before 11.30hrs on Tuesday, 20 December police attended a hotel in Tower Bridge Road, SE1, after a woman’s body was found.
"The death is being treated as unexpected but non-suspicious and is being investigated.
"A report will be prepared for the coroner."
