Donald Trump WILL become president, claims Professor Allan J Lichtman who’s correctly predicted 30 years of US elections
A POLITICAL expert who has successfully predicted the result of every election for 30 years says Trump will become US president this month.
Allan J. Lichtman, the professor of history at American University, uses a system involving 13 true or false statements. If six of them are false, the incumbent party loses.
He made his prediction before Trump's terrible political month, where a video emerged of the Republican admitting to grabbing women and numerous women stepped forward with allegations of sexual assault.
However, Lichtman still stands by the system that has been right every time since 1984.
He told the : "Donald Trump’s severe and unprecedented problems bragging about sexual assault and then having ten or more women coming out and saying 'Yes, that’s exactly what you did' - this is without precedent.

"But it didn’t change a key."
However, he admits that the extremely volatile and unpredictable nature of this year's campaign may derail his prediction.
He added: "We have never seen someone who is broadly regarded as a history-shattering, precedent-making, dangerous candidate who could change the patterns of history that have prevailed since the election of Abraham Lincoln in 1860."
