BREXIT blocker Gina Miller led the fight against the Government after surviving a supposedly violent marriage with her anti-EU ex-husband.

The 51-year-old said she was “fearless” after life with Jon Maguire, who stood for the Right-wing English Democrats in the 2010 General Election.

Ms Miller, a Guyana-born hedge fund millionaire, said that he was cautioned on a “few occasions” after attacking her.

Ms Miller, who led a legal challenge ensuring Parliament is consulted before the PM can trigger the formal Brexit process, said: “I’m a victim of domestic violence.

“I survived . . . to be who I am now and to speak up when I don’t think things are right.”
