Woman who made ‘paedophile rape claim’ against Donald Trump saying he took her virginity when she was 13 drops lawsuit
Known as 'Jane Doe' and 'Katie Johnson' she alleged she was subject to false imprisonment, rape, sexual battery and criminal sexual acts, as well as assault
A WOMAN who made a 'paedophile rape claim' against Donald Trump has been found out to have fabricated the story.
Known by the names of "Jane Doe" and "Katie Johnson", she originally filed a case last April, alleging the billionaire had sexually assaulted her when she was aged 13 and attending a 'sex party' at the home of Jeffrey Epstein in 1994.
The Republican presidential nominee's team branded the allegations as "disgusting at the highest level" and said they were a "hoax."
Last Wednesday Johnson was all set to go public with her identity, and reveal to the world who she was.
But she dramatically cancelled the press conference with moments to spare, and two days later she dropped the civil lawsuit.
Rumours circulated on social media she had been paid off by Trump, or she was frightened by his supporters who had made threats on her life.
However reported on Monday the reason she dropped the lawsuit was because her claims were not true.
Johnson which is not her real name, first sued Epstein and Trump on April 26 in California, and then amended her complaint with New York federal court in October.
She alleged she was subject to false imprisonment, rape, sexual battery and criminal sexual acts, as well as assault.
However there was no evidence at the base of her claims.
The website spoke to a source who said: "Katie Johnson's account had been believable and compelling right up until the last minute.
"But new information emerged that suggested she had not been telling the truth.
"Ultimately it was discovered that Donald Trump's name had been inserted into this, he was not involved whatsoever. After that she had no credibility."
It indicates that suggestions she had been paid off in a secret settlement were incorrect.
And the new information also clears Trump of any wrong doing in conjunction with the lawsuit.
Johnson told Dailymail.com before she dropped her press conference: "We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country."
She added she had no idea who her "attacker" was until she saw Trump on The Apprentice.
Johnson has two DUI's and a felony for drug possession on her rap sheet, as well as a history of drug abuse.

She first made her claims in a lawsuit which was filed in April in California - before any of the other allegations of sexual assault from other women, all of which Trump has categorically denied.
Trump's lawyer, Alan Garten, told the the accusations were an attempt to discredit him on the eve of the election.
He told the paper: "These are allegations that are completely unfounded but are alleged to have occurred more than 20 years ago by someone who refuses to give their name.
"It is wholly without merit. It is a completely manufactured claim. The entire thing is a hoax designed to discredit my client and interfere with the election."
In the documents, according to the , the billionaire forced her in to role-play sex and took her virginity.
She also alleges Trump and financier Epstein, on four occasions, used her as a "sex slave" during 1994.
The lawsuit was refiled again in June, and this time she used the name Jane Doe.
Epstein was arrested in 2006 - he was accused of sexual abuse by 40 different women.
Many of them claimed they were teenagers when it happened, with some saying they were as 14 and younger.
Trump has talked about Epstein in relation to Bill Clinton, while he and his associates have downplayed any connection with himself.
He mentioned back in 2001 he knew him.
In February he discussed how the former President had a friendship with the now convicted pedophile.
Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference, he said Clinton has "a lot of problems coming up in my opinion with the famous island with Jeffrey Epstein. A lot of problems."
