'NOT TRUE'

Woman who made ‘paedophile rape claim’ against Donald Trump saying he took her virginity when she was 13 drops lawsuit

Known as 'Jane Doe' and 'Katie Johnson' she alleged she was subject to false imprisonment, rape, sexual battery and criminal sexual acts, as well as assault

A WOMAN who made a 'paedophile rape claim' against Donald Trump has been found out to have fabricated the story.

Known by the names of  "Jane Doe" and "Katie Johnson", she originally filed a case last April, alleging the billionaire had sexually assaulted her when she was aged 13 and attending a 'sex party' at the home of Jeffrey Epstein in 1994.

The Republican presidential nominee's team branded the allegations as "disgusting at the highest level" and said they were a "hoax."

reported on Monday the reason she dropped the lawsuit was because her claims were not true.

Johnson which is not her real name, first sued Epstein and Trump on April 26 in California, and then amended her complaint with New York federal court in October.

Last Wednesday 'Johnson' was all set to go public with her identity, and reveal to the world who she was, but then dramatically cancelled the press conference - her lawyer Lisa Bloom is pictured

She alleged she was subject to false imprisonment, rape, sexual battery and criminal sexual acts, as well as assault.

However there was no evidence at the base of her claims.

The website spoke to a source who said: "Katie Johnson's account had been believable and compelling right up until the last minute.

"But new information emerged that suggested she had not been telling the truth.

"Ultimately it was discovered that Donald Trump's name had been inserted into this, he was not involved whatsoever. After that she had no credibility."

It indicates that suggestions she had been paid off in a secret settlement were incorrect.

And the new information also clears Trump of any wrong doing in conjunction with the lawsuit.

Johnson told Dailymail.com before she dropped her press conference: "We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country."

She added she had no idea who her "attacker" was until she saw Trump on The Apprentice.

Johnson has two DUI's and a felony for drug possession on her rap sheet, as well as a history of drug abuse.
