Brother of psycho banker Rurik Jutting’s first victim demands the death penalty – as relatives of his second reveal her death is the SECOND tragedy to hit their family
Seneng Mujiasih's devastated family also demanded financial compensation from Jutting and said they would also be looking at suing his employers Bank of America Merrill Lynch
THE devastated family of psycho banker Rurik Jutting's second victim have demanded the double killer is executed for murdering their daughter.
Seneng Mujiasih's devastated family also demanded financial compensation from Jutting and said they would also be looking at suing his employers Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Capital punishment is outlawed in Hong Kong, where the Brit murdered two sex workers, but is carried out in China, which will regain full control of Hong Kong in 2047.
In a statement her brother Suswantor said: ''The family hoped the perpetrator would be severely punished and if it could be executed. The family is also seeking compensation for the death of Seneng Mujiasih.''
Seneng, who was from Sulawesi, Indonesia, moved to Hong Kong in 2007 to work as a domestic helper so she could support her poor elderly parents.
Suswantor added: "Seneng was an outgoing person, not arrogant and had many friends. As a child she had no aspirations whatsoever and only told her mother 'when I have finished school, I want to work so Mama would not be miserable'."
He added the family bitterly regretted allowing her to return to Hong Kong to work in 2009 Seneng after she went home for a family holiday.
Suswantor said:''If she did not leave, she would not have died.''
She regularly sent money back to her family - although they had no idea that like many other Indonesians in Hong Kong she supplemented her work with prostitution.
Her brother added:''The family was devastated over her death, as she was the only daughter and the main support for the parents.
''Her only brother has married so is unable to support both parents and elderly grandmother.
''Since the death of Seneng, her mother has suffered from diabetes and high blood pressure which damaged her eyesight.
''The father was unable to work anymore because he needs to take care of his wife and elderly grandmother.
''Once a week the family has to buy medicine for the mother costing more than 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah (£6.20)''
Jutting's first victim, Sumarti Ningsih's family has revealed her murder was the second tragedy to hit the family.
Her older sister disappeared in 2008 after leaving her home in Cilacap to work in the Indonesian capital Jakarta.
Cops have investigated but have found no trace and she is thought to be dead although the family are still hoping she will be found.
Sumarti was only 17 when she married in 2010 and a year later moved to Hong Kong, leaving her is five week old baby at home with her family so she could support them.
Brother Suyitno said:''We are very devastated by the death of Sumarti. This incident is a tragedy to our family. We lost our two daughters and two sisters. It's hard for us to accept this reality.

"After the death of Sumarti, our family economy has worsened, as she was the only breadwinner.
"Our parents are getting older and incapable to perform heavy work. Sumarti's seven year old son has no guarantee of his future.
"Therefore on behalf of our family, I hope the perpetrator will also be punished eve rely according to what he has done to Sumarti and the other victim.
"I also demand compensation from this perpetrator. I also demand the Indonesian government provide a scholarship to Sumarti's son so he will be able to finish at least high school because we have no more income to ensure his education."
Jutting has been jailed for life after being found guilty of the horrific murders of two prostitutes.
Sick Jutting, 31, subjected first victim Sumarti Ningsih, 23, to a terrifying 72 hour booze and cocaine fuelled torture ordeal.
He beat her with his fists, a belt and used pliers and clamps on her nipples, before making her lick the toilet bowl and slitting her throat.
The warped Cambridge Uni graduate then devised an even more brutal torture for his next victim using a blow torch, sandpaper and sex toys.
Speaking coldly into the camera he held up the blue flame of the blow torch and said:''How good is that ? Imagine the damage you can do with that.''
Jutting was sentenced to life after a five minute address by judge Michael Stuart-Moore today.
But before he could carry out his vile plan he killed Seneng Mujiasih, 26, the same way he killed Sumarti after she spotted a gag made from a condom and two knives hidden under a sofa.
Jutting even recorded the death of Sumarti in the shower of his luxury 31st floor apartment in Hong Kong's seedy Wan Chai district in October 2014.
He then made a series of rambling monologues in which he blamed his massive cocaine addition and drinking before stuffing her body in a suitcase and leaving it on the balcony.
Prosecutor John Reading SC told The Sun it was one of the worst cases he had ever had to deal with and said: "This was a horrible for the poor women involved.
"The first victim was tortured horrendously for three days and then had her throat slit.
"Jutting planned even more unspeakable acts of torture for the second victim but she realised what he was up to and screamed out and that cost her her life."
The jury of five men and four women had sat for ten days and took five and a half hours to reach their verdicts with Jutting sitting in the dock emotionless.
He had denied two counts of murder but had pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility insisting he suffered from four disorders which affected his mind.
Psychiatric reports said Jutting had massive drink and drug and addiction and also had an obsession with violent sexual sadist and a narcissistic personality disorder.
He claimed he had been unable to control himself when he carried out the killings as his mind was substantially impaired by vodka and cocaine.
Police found 26 empty plastic bags in his apartment and Jutting said he had bought around 50g to see him through the 72 hour torture ordeal before then going out to buy more.
His life had begun spiralling out of control a year after he moved to Hong Kong in 2013 after securing a job in the Structured Equity and Finance trading department.
Already heavily dependent on cocaine, he began taking more of the drug and buying it from sex workers in Hong Kong or smuggling it back from London hidden up his rectum.
His privileged education and upbringing should have ensured a bright future but instead in his own words he blew "more than £800,000 on drugs and prostitutes" in two years.
He would regularly jet to the sleazy Filipino sex centre of Angeles City - dubbed Sin City - where he would spend thousands of pounds on hookers.
Perhaps knowing the Filipino attitude to drugs he never took drugs in Angeles City - where possession or dealing is punished by death.
Instead he saved his more depraved and sordid behaviour for Hong Kong where he slipped into a habit of watching hard core violent porn and gaming on his PlayStation.
In the weeks leading to the first killing he blew an eye watering £21,000 on cocaine and despite his erratic behaviour no one raised any eyebrows at his office.
Only once was an office junior sent out to find out why he hadn't turned up for work but by then it was too late and he struck in late October.
Days earlier he had spent the night with Sumarti but he had been so rough she had given him half his money back and left him early.
When he called that second fateful time she initially refused but he then offered her 20,000HKD (£2080) if she spent the night and her fate was sealed.
He put her through a three day ordeal fuelled by booze and drugs and even handed her a knife ordering her to hold it to his throat but she was so terrified she gave it back to him.
After putting her through a horrific ordeal he led her to the bathroom where he forced her to kneel by the toilet before brutally taking her life.
Within five minutes of murdering Sumarti, arrogant Jutting was boasting about her death as he recorded a monologue on his iPhone panning down to her lifeless body in the shower.
He admitted having to "saw through her neck" as the first cut failed to kill her and then dragging her into the shower where she eventually died.
The video opened with bare chested Jutting giving his name and then adding: "About five minutes ago I just killed, murdered this woman here," as the camera panned to her bloodied body.
Jutting - who appears calm in the clips - muttered 'SXXT'' as he showed his shaking hand to the camera and said: "Jesus, look at my hand."
He went on: "She gave her name as Alice. She was Indonesian and she worked as a prostitute.
"It's Monday night. I've held her since early Saturday. I have raped her repeatedly, I have tortured her badly. Jesus Christ."
In another clip Jutting said: "This is the first person I have ever killed. I murdered her I cut her throat in the bathroom.
"To be precise I cut her throat while forcing her, well she was voluntarily, bending over on her hands and knees licking the dirty toilet bowl.''
Swigging intermittently from a bottle of water and frequently snorting cocaine he went on: "I've done quite a bit of coke.
"That's why drug dealers need to stop dealing large amounts of drugs.
"It is not a good business policy to supply someone with enough cocaine for three days."
"I thought it would be easy, it would have been easier to strangle her now my bathroom is a fucking mess."
He then paused and said: "I must come across as a fucking arsehole.
"To be honest these are the actions of someone who shouldn't really be in society."
Recalling how he killed her Jutting said: "She was crying. She was the bravest person I have ever met. Her will to live was amazing.
"I think she had a child, she was a mother and she was just supporting her family doing a difficult job in Hong Kong."
Twisted Jutting also confessed how one of his fantasies was to kidnap three teenagers from Wycombe Abbey girls school in Buckinghamshire.
He said: "They would be say 15 years old and I would basically turn these three girls into my sex slaves, it would be good to psychologically play them off against each other."
He coldly described himself in his monologues as a "part time rapist and murderer" adding: "I enjoyed torturing her. I used her as a sex object."
Jutting quit his £350,000 a year job at Merrill Lynch the day he killed Sumarti.
He left an out-of-office voicemail saying: “For urgent inquiries, or indeed any inquiries, please contact someone who is not an insane psychopath".
While one of his last calls after butchering Seneng was to his boss telling him: "I'm in a lot of trouble you need to do something to protect the bank's reputation."
The firm has stayed silent through out the trial although Jutting's immediate boss did attend the first day of the hearing.
