Andrew Tate breaks silence on cancer rumours & reveals cause of mystery ‘lung lesion’ in desperate bid for jail release

ANDREW Tate has broken silence on his cancer rumours and a mysterious "lung lesion" in a desperate bid to be released from jail.

Tate and his brother Tristan are fighting for their release after languishing in a Romanian prison since the start of 2023.

However, the misogynistic influencer denied he has cancer after he confirmed last week that he had a "dark spot on his lung".

According to Tate's Twitter, the scar on his lung "is from an old battle" after the medical details were released last week.

The post further read: "I do not have cancer.

"My lungs contain precisely zero smoking damage.

"In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete.

"There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle.

"True warriors are scarred both inside and out."

Despite the former kickboxer putting an end to the rumours, his team has argued for his release so he can undergo treatment and further investigation.

Tate's doctor also requested for him to be allowed to return to his care in Dubai.

The claims follow medical records that were submitted to court, which appear to show he has a lesion on his upper right lung - something described by his representative as a "serious health condition".

The documents - original versions of which were released to The Sun Online - appear to show Tate's doctor said he needed "urgent investigation".

The courts, however, decided that if Tate requires medical care, he will be able to receive treatment in Romania.

Following Tate's initial post on social media quelling his "cancer scare", the disgraced man went on to claim he had super powers.

"As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet it is important for the good of humanity that I live as long as possible.

"At my current strength levels, I estimate to survive for at least 5000 more years.

"With this in mind, I take my medical care extremely seriously."

Both Andrew and Tristan remain detained amid allegations of human trafficking, organised crime and rape.

They deny all allegations against them.

The brothers have had all their appeals for release denied as Romanian authorities consider them a flight risk.

The Tate's could be held for up to 180 days should further detention extensions be granted by the courts.

They were both arrested 64 days ago as of publication - meaning they can be detained until June 27.

Prior to his arrest, Tate built up an image that appealed to teenage boys - creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Masquerading as lifestyle advice, much of the content is considered highly sexist and is seen as promoting violence against women.

His influence has had a worrying spread amongst young men and boys, with one UK MP saying he is "brainwashing" children.

Tate initially gained fame after a short-lived appearance on Big Brother.
