£148m Euromillions winner Adrian Bayford upsets neighbours with plans to host huge music festival on his £6.5m estate
EUROMILLIONS winner Adrian Bayford has rocked his neighbours over plans to host a music festival.
The former postie, who landed £148million with now ex-wife Gillian in 2015, will allow 2,000 revellers to camp in his 90 acres.
But locals near the estate in Linton, Cambs, fear “noise and chaos” despite a ban on attendees of the Cambridge Rock Festival getting drunk.
A source said: “Adrian has hit opposition — not everyone likes this.
“He feels it’s his land, it’s properly organised and far enough away from anyone else, so there shouldn’t be a problem.”
A message to festival-goers says bar staff will not serve those who appear drunk.

Adrian previously hosted the festival in 2017 and was seen strolling around in a Metallica T-shirt.
This year’s four-day event in August has more than 60 bands on the bill.
Festival director Dave Roberts said: “Adrian’s a really good guy. We’re thankful.”
Adrian moved to Scotland in 2019 and has since struggled to sell the £6.5million pad in Linton.
