TINA Green was seen visiting a multi-million pound house in a pricey part of London, as she splashes cash while 'Sir Shifty' fights to save his reputation.

The couple appear to have gone to some lengths to keep their latest apparent project under wraps.

But on Tuesday, Lady Green was seen visiting the house in Belgravia.

She was dropped off and later whisked away by a Mercedes with darkened windows, which had remained parked outside the property for about two hours.

The the townhouse was sold to Daniel Pittack, a close friend of the Greens, in November 2014.

Then ownership was transferred to Mottistone Holdings Ltd, a newly formed firm based in the British Virgin Islands.

A second address for the offshore company was in Boulevard Princesse Charlotte in Monaco – also the registered office for Lady Green's interior design firm, Green and Mingarelli Design.

Planning applications for the house have included lowering the basement floor, installing a glass roof and a new roof terrace.

When asked about the house, the Daily Mail reported Sir Philip said: "Let's be clear, I don't know anything about it. What is the relevance anyway?

"I am not her [Lady Green]. I have no idea. For God's sake, can't you people just get lost, can't you go and annoy somebody else?"

Sir Philip's reputation has taken a battering in recent months with mass calls for his knighthood to be revoked.

The Topshop boss sold the 88-year-old chain for £1 in March last year to former bankrupt Dominic Chappell, who called in the receivers this May.

The sale and subsequent closure of the store cost 11,000 jobs and hit 22,000 pensions, sparking an investigation by regulators as well as a parliamentary inquiry.

The tycoon had spent the summer on his yacht.

But it’s been reported that aides have now been asked to explore the possibility of a deal to end the negative publicity around the store’s closure.

A donation of £300million to plug the deficit has been mooted.

The disgraced billionaire offered to plug the BHS pension deficit if authorities stop investigating him.

As the high street chain’s final stores closed their doors last month Sir Philip reportedly offered to “sort” the £571million pension deficit.
