Tristan Tate’s bid for freedom DENIED as controversial ex kickboxer’s plea to be given house arrest is rejected by judge

ANDREW Tate’s brother Tristan has been denied bail and will remain in the same hellhole prison as the disgraced influencer, a judge has ruled.

The 36-year-old and is brother Tristan, 34, have been languishing in a  jail since they were arrested amid a probe into human trafficking and rape allegations on December 29.

Andrew Tate was denied bail at a hearing yesterday and Tristan has now also lost his bid to be released under house arrest.

Tate remains in custody arrest and so does former police officer Luana Radu, who is also under investigation.

Judge Gabriela Risnoveanu, a Bucharest Court spokesperson told The Sun Online: "Their requests have been rejected.

“Tristan Tate had asked for the arrest to be replaced with judicial control on bail, while Luana Radu had asked for the arrest to be replaced with domicile arrest.

“The decision can be appealed in 48 hours.”

It comes after a judge last month rejected Tate's latest appeal against his arrests and ordered him to spend another 30 days behind bars.

The brothers had already lost two previous appeals against prior 30-day extensions that have kept them behind bars while investigations continued.

Tate has repeatedly moaned about life behind bars on social media and through emails to his subscribers.

Misogynist influencer Tate built up an image that appealed to teenage boys - creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Masquerading as lifestyle advice, much of the content is considered highly sexist and is seen as promoting violence against women.

“A spokesperson for Tristan Tate said: "The court has decided to reject Tristan Tate’s request for bail.

"Both brothers are disappointed in this outcome especially Tristan, who is very eager to meet his newborn daughter.

"However, he will continue to stay with his brother whilst they support each other through this frustrating time.
