A revolver was found next to one of the victims indicating he may have shot his victim before turning the gun on himself.
A spokesperson declined to comment on the perpetrator.
It comes as earlier this month, a former Jehovah's Witness stormed into the Kingdom Hall in Hamburg and went into a rampage leaving six people dead- including an unborn baby.
The gunman, named as Philipp F, 35, who had left the group "not on good terms," opened fire through a window and then stormed inside the building.
