Olivia Pratt-Korbel’s killer Thomas Cashman has £250,000 bounty placed on head by gangsters

GANGSTERS have put a £250,000 bounty on the head of Olivia Pratt- Korbel’s killer.

Sources say drug bosses ordered the hit to silence enforcer Thomas Cashman over fears he will shop them.

Cashman, 34, faces life behind bars when he is sentenced today for the murder of nine-year-old Olivia in Liverpool.

He has also been linked to three other unsolved deaths.

Sources say he could blab in return for a cushier time inside.

Gangland figures want him silenced for good — and are also said to be seeking revenge for other murders he is allegedly linked to.

News of the bounty has been sent to criminals in the north and around jails via encrypted app Telegram.

Cashman, whose murder of nine-year-old Olivia at her Liverpool home shocked the nation, has spent months at Strangeways in Manchester.

It is unclear where the career criminal — one of the most-feared drugs enforcers in the North West — will move once sentenced today at Manchester crown court.

A source told The Sun: “The figure being spoken about is £250,000 to silence him — kill him. 

"He knows everything there is to know about organised crime, drugs and violence in that area.

“His knowledge and testimony could cause a world of pain for some very big criminals who do not want their activities being looked at.

“He has nothing to lose — he is cornered. There’s lifers who will be mixing with him in months and years to come who will not think twice about carrying it out.”

Cashman could be willing to hand over information on unsolved gangland executions and killings in the region.

In return, sources say he would want extra checks on his welfare and a better cell, with a move to a softer prison in years to come.

Cashman — who posted a pic of him pretending to put a gun to a waxwork of the Queen on Facebook — worked for a paramilitary-style crime group across Merseyside.

An ex-cop who has spent three years working in the area says he may be linked to three unsolved cases.

They include the murder of Karl Bradley, 31, whose brother Kirk is serving life for a wave of crime in Liverpool.

Former Met detective Peter Bleksley said: “Cashman’s name has come up time and time again. It’d be easier for a lot of people if he was dead.”

Olivia was shot by Cashman last August as he chased fellow criminal Joseph Nee.

The Sun has been told Nee was targeted over the theft of £1million of cocaine from a house in Manchester.

Cashman was convicted thanks to a brave ex’s testimony.
