VLADIMIR Putin's health has "worsened" and he isn't eating as he suffers crippling stomach pains, it has been claimed.
The tyrant, 70, is rumoured to be battling several health issues - with speculation fuelled by his often bloated look and twitching feet.
Bombshell spy documents leaked to The Sun meanwhile previously appeared to confirm the dictator has pancreatic cancer and early-stage Parkinson's disease.
It has now been claimed the Russian leader has suffered a setback in his health.
Telegram channel General SVR - which claims to be fed information by a Kremlin insider - has been pumping out unverified information since the start of the war.
The channel today claimed: "Over the weekend, Putin's health worsened.

"He practically ate nothing and periodically complained of pain in the abdomen, coming bouts of nausea.
"After taking the medicine, for a while, the symptoms disappeared.
"Putin, although he spends time at the residence on weekends, is almost constantly in bunker-type premises, fearing possible air strikes."
The despot today look puffy-faced as he held a meeting with Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov.

He could be seen fidgeting before clinging to the table as they spoke.
Political analyst Valery Solovey last week alleged Putin is "high on speed" during key meetings.
He claims the president is undergoing treatment for cancer and neurological issues from both Israeli and Chinese doctors.
Solovey - whose earlier claims about the Kremlin leader's poor health were denied - claims the tyrant has resorted to "very strong stimulants” amid significant weight loss.
Meanwhile, General SVR previously claimed fresh treatment Putin had started could make him lash out.
It was also reported the panicked dictator had dramatically classified bombshell data that appeared to prove he had been treated for cancer.
But according to a former CIA chief, Putin - reported health problems aside - is a dead man walking and could be killed to finally end the war in Ukraine.
James Olson, the spy agency's former chief of counterintelligence, said he believes the sharks are now circling for the tyrant back home in Russia.
Olson told The Sun that Putin is now in a "no win" situation - with the war either devolving into a grinding stalemate, or ending with Vlad's death.
He said if Putin stays in power he will never give up the war - and so the way to end it is for Vlad to be killed or ousted.
Olson, who served for over 30 years in the CIA and won medals for his service, explained that things don't look good for Putin - with either his oligarch pals, his military, or even his people set to turn on him.
