Our newbuild home turned into a NIGHTMARE after poo pumped through plugholes – an incident in the bath was horrifying
A WOMAN claims to be living in "hell" as raw sewage seeps through her plugholes and makes her daughter “constantly sick”.
Carmen feels her life has been "pure torture" for four years shortly after she bought the £232,000 property in Middlesbrough in October 2018.
The 34-year-old alleges bodily fluids belonging to her family and her neighbours have spewed all over her garden “countless times”.
She said: “I’ve got two daughters, aged 13 and two, and ever since she’s been born my youngest has been in and out of hospital with consistent stomach bugs.
“It’s literally every other month and there is no explanation other than this.
“Yes, she’s a Covid baby, but it’s not a coincidence this is happening and it’s impacting my young daughter.”

According to the mum-of-two, sewage has seeped out while her children have tried to have a bath and brush their teeth.
It has also prevented Carmen from cooking as she claimed waste bubbled up into the kitchen sink while she prepped food.
The problem is so horrendous, the 34-year-old claimed her family has resorted to counselling due to trauma.
They have been isolated and unable to invite people over due to the "constant smell".

To make matters worse, Carmen alleged they have been unable to sell the property due to the issue.
But most of all, she is sick of living in what feels like a “farmhouse”.
She claimed home construction company, Taylor Wimpey, initially denied there was any issue for two years but has eventually relented.
She said one of the worst moments was when her 14-year-old daughter was in the bath.
She shouted for me upstairs as she had just got out of the bath and was stood there with toilet paper stuck to her

“She shouted for me upstairs as she had just got out of the bath and was stood there with toilet paper stuck to her,” Carmen claimed.
“I look in the bath and flowing into it was water from the overflow containing toilet paper, remnants of poo and even remnants of menstrual blood.
“It was absolutely disgusting. We had to get Taylor Wimpey to sent out a drains team at 11pm at night to unlock the whole system.”
She added: “We’ve paid £232,000 not to even be able to sit at our table on Christmas Day because of the stench - it’s hell.
“Without being dramatic, the mental side of it is causing the biggest strain. I can’t bear it. I don’t like even like the house any more.
“If I had my way I’d probably move, but who would want to buy it?
“We can’t sell because nobody would buy this house for what it’s worth because of the drainage issue.”
PLAN OF ACTION
However, plans are now being made to install a new drain in the front of her property which means the driveway and garden will need to be dug up to complete this solution.
In her Facebook post, uploaded in a Taylor Wimpey Unhappy Customers page, the mum-of-two slammed the new plan of action.
She wrote: "I will not be moved out while this work is done.
"I have had no apology for the last four years of pure torture, wrong information and being told I'm imagining it.
"No offer for reimbursement for the £70 per week therapy as mentioned above.
"The new installation will depreciate my house value and will mean a new inspection chamber being put on my drive when I already have five on the property."
Carmen, who has a disability affecting her mobility, said she bought the property initially because the drain was at the back of the house and the changes would impact the house’s value.

Carmen said she was told by one of the contractors there was a drop in the pipe under her kitchen, causing pressure issues, and the drain was not processing waste.
But despite Taylor Wimpey being aware of this, she said they have yet to sort out the situation.
In her Facebook post, uploaded in a Taylor Wimpey Unhappy Customers page, the mum-of-two claimed they have had over 12 drain clearings.
She also estimated there had been at least 40 calls and emails back and forth with the housing company.
The desperate resident also alleged there have been four different types of drain surveys carried out on the property.
Taylor Wimpey told The Sun "expert engineers and contractors" have now provided an "extensive" assessment of Carmen's drains.
