COPS are telling holidaymakers to "stay away" from Skegness after a man was allegedly murdered.
Seafront roads around the Fantasy Island theme park were put on lockdown in the Lincolnshire holiday hot spot after reports of an altercation last night.
This afternoon cops revealed a murder investigation has been launched after a 43-year-old man died following an "altercation" outside a restaurant.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder. A 30-year-old man who was earlier arrested has since been released with no further action.
Pictures show a forensic tent has been erected in the shadow of Fantasy Island's rollercoasters.
Roman Road remains closed, with cops telling locals and visitors to "avoid the area".

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police later: "We have arrested a 33-year-old man, from Derbyshire, on suspicion of murder.
"This relates to the death of a man in Ingoldmells, in the early hours of this morning.
"A 30-year-old man who was arrested earlier today on suspicion of murder has now been released with no further action.

"We are continuing to appeal for anyone with information, or dashcam footage in the Roman Bank area between 9pm last night (5 April) and 3am this morning to call us on 101."
A spokesperson for Fantasy Island in Skegness said it would remain open but added: "Some of our operational procedures may be adapted, and there may be some ride closures in place in order to respect the sensitivity of the incident."
