A BODYBUILDER has revealed his easy tip to make your muscles bigger - and you won't need to work out more.
Even at the age of 88, Frank Zane is staying in shape and providing valuable advice to those looking to bulk up.
In an Instagram post, he explained his nifty trick to make your workout even more effective.
The solution is stretching between sets at the gym.
Frank wrote: "Stretching between sets will double the effectiveness of your workout.
"The stretch involves the muscles you are working and gives these muscles more of a pump. Breathing deeply, think or say the mantra 'I am flexible and can stretch my limits'."

The tip racked up a whopping 3,888 likes - and fans were quick to take to the comments section to share their appreciation.

Zane is one of only three in the world to have defeated Schwarzenegger in professional bodybuilding.
The veteran muscleman has achieved a highly coveted spot in the "Top 10 Legends of Bodybuilding" and a rightful space in the Bodybuilding Hall of Fame.
Now, he is often found sharing his wisdom online and acting as a performance coach for millions.
Recently, he shared that a secret to his success is focusing "on the quality of your sets instead of weight and number of reps".
