A mini arcade, Tottenham FC shrine and even a home-made PUB are up for UK Games Room of the Year 2016
More than 1000 entries have been whittled down to the top 10
A GROUP of blokes who have splashed out thousands on building games rooms in their homes are competing to be crowned the owner of Britain's Best Man Cave.
The innovative entries include a pub-style games room, an amusement arcade gamer's paradise as well as a homage to Tottenham Hotspur FC.
The winner of the UK Games Room of the Year 2016 will be judged by the public on their creativity, uniqueness and attention to detail of their particular 'mantuary'.
The luxury pads include Simon Randall's effort at his home in Barnstaple, Devon, which features a pool table, gambling machine, air hockey and Foosball table.
"Randall's Place" also boasts a bar with functioning beer and ale taps and an old fashioned jukebox.
Greg Mott, of Broadstone, Dorset, owns an impressive bachelor pad which houses dozens of retro arcade games and pinball machines.
Darren Stump, of Hornchurch, Essex, has created a Spurs-themed hang-out, which has a dart board, pool table and big screen for watching the footy.
The competition is now in its second year, with Home Leisure Direct scouring the country looking for the nation's ultimate man cave.
Andy Beresford, managing director, said:"We've had another tremendous response to the Games Room of the Year competition and have been privy to some great games room examples.
"There are some really brilliant entries and all are in with a chance of winning, which means at this stage it's simply too close to call."
Homeowners across the country can now vote for their favourite from the final selection on the company's website until Sunday (20/11).
Andy added: "Rather than leaving it to a judging panel to decide, we wanted to offer it up to the public vote so that you can have your say.

The The eventual winner will take their crown from last year's winner Chris Embling, who's pub-themed man cave, Rory's Return, was built to the memory of his late son.
The owner of the winning cave will be able to add a Terminator 2 Pinball Machine worth £4,000 to their room.
