Welcome to the DivorceHotel where you check in married and check out divorced
Prices start at £6,000 and wannabe divorcees can cut the cord in just two days
IT'S not unusual for a couple to head to a posh hotel to tie the knot- well now they can do the same and get DIVORCED.
The is a new venture where couples who have fallen out of love can check in married and check out divorced...all in one weekend.
“The whole idea is to get away from outside influences,” said Michele Martin, of DivorceHotel.
“There are beautiful surroundings. The couples take breaks. They go on bike rides. It doesn’t need to be the worst experience of your entire life the way people think of divorce.”
With prices ranging between £6,000 and £10,0000 specially-trained mediators and lawyers can help soon-to-be divorcees cut the cord in just two days.
The hotel's website reads: "We regard your separation not only as the end of your marriage, but especially the beginning of a new phase in your life.
