A MAN who blasted Lily Allen songs at his neighbours has been banned from playing loud music.
Neil Wright breached a noise abatement notice when he played his favourite songs from the Smile singer and tracks from Jeff Wayne's cult album War Of The Worlds.
Neighbours also complained about shouting and swearing from his flat and despite the warnings, he continued to play music loudly and make a disturbance.
Magistrates in Plymouth gave the 47-year-old a two-year criminal behaviour order banning him from shouting, banging and playing loud music as well as throwing food, drink and other items of litter from any property in the city.
Wright, of Plymouth, Devon, had pleaded guilty to three breaches of a noise abatement notice on September 13, 14 and 16.
He was fined £120 for each offence, ordered to pay £500 costs and a victim surcharge of £30.
A forfeiture order for his stereo equipment was also made.

The court heard that Wright, who suffers from alcohol and mental health issues, was homeless after being issued with a closure order earlier this month, which prevented him from being in his own flat.
The breaches in question took place before the closure order was made.
Councillor Dave Downie, Plymouth City Council cabinet member for safer, stronger communities, said: "I hope this sends a very clear message that we simply will not tolerate any form of anti-social behaviour and we will take tough action.
";Everyone should have the right to enjoy living peacefully in their own homes and the selfish actions of this individual have caused extreme distress and upset to his neighbours."
Singer Lily sparked fury last month after "apologising" for Britain's treatment of migrants.
Lily, 31, who lives in a £2million home in trendy Notting Hill, wept as she told him: “I’m sorry for what we put you through.”
But the encounter, filmed at the Jungle camp in Calais for the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire Show, sparked a backlash.
Critics accused the star, whose last UK chart entry was number 93 in 2014, of trying to boost her flagging career.
Colonel Richard Kemp, a British commander in Afghanistan in 2003, said: “What is she doing there? She clearly does not have any understanding of the situation.
“The refugee is in a safe country and the French have an obligation to look after him. I find it enormously insulting. She does not represent us.”
