He has been on the run since the early 2000s and the FBI hopes that adding him to this list will expedite his capture.
Who is FBI's most wanted Alexis Flores?
Alexis Flores was born on July 18, 1975, in Honduras. It is believed that he has lied about his date of birth in the past.
Reportedly he has used dates of birth ranging from 1975 to 1982.
He sustained an injury to his neck during Hurricane Mitch in Honduras in 1998.
As a result of his injury, he has a large surgical scar on his neck.

What crimes did Alexis Flores commit?
Flores has had run-ins with the law in the past, in Arizona in 2002 he was arrested for shoplifting.
He reportedly also had given fraudulent documents to Arizona police and was convicted of the felony.
He served 60 days in prison before being released in June 2005.
In 2000 a homeless drifter known as Carlos had been given shelter, clothing and work as a handyman in Philadelphia.

Five days, on August 3 2000, after being reported missing, the body of five year old Iriana DeJesus was found.
She was found in the basement of an empty apartment building where Carlos was suspected of staying.
The little girl had been sexually assaulted and murdered then wrapped up in a rubbish bag.
The resident who gave Carlos the job recognised a t-shirt found with Iriana's blood on it, as belonging to Carlos.
Carlos had not been seen in the area since Iriana had first gone missing.
Carlos became wanted for questioning and a sketch of him was profiled on America's Most Wanted.
In 2007 DNA from the Philidelphia crime scene matched the DNA sample taken from Flores in Arizona.
On March 22 2007, a local arrest warrant was issued and Flores was charged with murder as well as other felonies.
Flores joined the FBI's most wanted list on June 2, 2007. There is a reward of up to $250,000 for any information that leads to his capture.
Where is Alexis Flores?
After serving his time in prison in Arizona for his felony charge, he was released.
Upon being released, he was deported back to Honduras.

His deportation happened a couple of years before his DNA was found to be a match to the crime scene in Philidelphia.
Law enforcement does not know where he is, it is believed he is either in his native Honduras or returned to the United States.
