UK travel warning as police issue order at popular beach after string of complaints
HOLIDAYMAKERS have been given a UK travel warning after police issued a dispersal order at a popular beach following complaints.
Residents near the seafront at Mariners Quay in Port Talbot, , have been left fuming after claiming day-trippers have blighted the town with anti-social behaviour.
Locals say that people have flocked to the area as warm weather has finally started to roll in.
But this has left the people living there in despair as the crowds bring noise and litter with them.
Cops have now implemented a Section 35 order, which allows them to ban anyone from the area for 48 hours with a written notice.
It will be in place from midday today to midday on Sunday before being reviewed.

"With the weather improving we want to ensure that families and residents can enjoy this lovely part of Port Talbot.
"Our message is clear, anyone enjoying the area and not causing issues can continue to do so.
