Blundell’s School ‘attack’: Boy, 16, appears in court charged with attempted murder after ‘attack two teen boys & adult’
A BOY has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after allegedly attacking two other teen boys and an adult.
Cops confirmed the assault on two pupils and a staff member at Blundell's School in Tiverton, Devon, happened on Friday.
The incident at the £41,000-a-year private school saw all three victims hospitalised with one of the boy's being left in a "critical condition".
The other teen was in a "serious but stable" condition.
An employee, who can now be named as Henry Roffe-Silvester, was discharged from hospital on the same day.
The suspect, who cannot be named due to his age, appeared before Exeter Magistrates' Court on Monday, speaking only to confirm his name and date of birth.

He has been charged with two counts of attempted murder of the two youths and one count of grievous bodily harm with intent against Mr Roffe-Silvester.
District Judge Stuart Smith remanded the boy in custody before he appears at Exeter Crown Court on Tuesday.
The judge told him: "Your case is going to be sent to the Crown Court at Exeter. You will appear at the Crown Court tomorrow.
"I am going to remand you to youth detention accommodation overnight."
The boy then nodded when the judge asked if he had understood proceedings.
Commander Superintendent Toby Davies of Devon and Cornwall Police previously said: “Our thoughts remain with the injured boys and their families in what must be a harrowing time for them.
"My officers are continuing to support them and the wider school community.
“We continue to fully investigate this incident and a scene guard remains in place at the school and is expected to remain there for the rest of the day."
The school declined to comment when approached by The Sun at the time of the suspect's arrest.
