I’m a bus driver – my girlfriend left me for £148m lottery winner…what’s he got that I haven’t?
A BUS driver whose girlfriend dumped him for lookalike lottery winner Adrian Bayford says he has no idea what attracted her to the £148million jackpot man.
Mark Newman, 56, says he was “happily settled” with ambulance worker Tracey Biles, 45, an old friend of mega-rich Adrian.
But the dad of four was stunned when she ditched him for the EuroMillions winner — and moved into his £12million mansion.
Mark — 6ft 2in, thinning on top and built like 53-year-old bald giant Adrian — admitted Tracey, herself a former bus driver, had always had a soft spot for larger men.
But he said bitterly from his council house: “I just don’t know what he’s got that I haven’t. You can clearly see she likes the larger man but that’s where the comparisons between me and Adrian end.
“I can’t bear to be talked about in the same breath as that man. I might only be a bus driver but at least I’ve got a shred of integrity.

“I am my own person — but he is a shallow, selfish, arrogant p****.
“He thinks he can do whatever he wants because he has the money.”
Mark says as soon as Adrian showed interest in her, Tracey raced out of the two-bed semi they shared and moved into ex-postie Adrian’s country estate in Cambridgeshire.
He went on: “Tracey has always loved money. Who doesn’t? But what about love?”

Divorcé Mark and Tracey met in 2018 as bus drivers and instantly hit it off. They moved in together soon after and Mark confessed: “That was me — I was done for life.
"I loved she was the kind of girl that wasn’t afraid to lug double-decker buses around Colchester where we worked.
"It felt like we were two teenagers in love, always laughing, joking and messing around. We were so happy.”
Mark said Tracey had occasionally mentioned she was pals with Adrian from their younger days.
But in 2019 she took Mark to meet him and the jilted lover said: “As soon as she got out of the car at his mansion, my life changed.
“She changed as a person. She was so flirty and calling him ‘darling’. I felt like such a lemon.” But it was last year when Mark realised things were not right.
He said: “I became aware they were messaging — she told me he was chasing her because he had always fancied her.
“Adrian was sending steamy messages about how he wanted to bed her.
"Then in September 2022 Tracey told me she was staying at her parents’ house — but she wasn’t there. So I phoned her and she admitted she was out at Adrian’s.

“She just said he was a friend helping her out — but it was clearly so much more than that. She told me, ‘I’m staying here. I’m not coming back’.”
