Woman opens emergency exit and jumps OUT of packed passenger jet while it was taxiing after landing at Houston airport
PASSENGERS on a flight in the United States were left shocked after a woman JUMPED out of the plane while it was taxiing.
United Airlines flight 1892, from New Orleans to Houston, landed half an hour early yesterday and was taxiing on the tarmac at George Bush Intercontinental Airport - when the female passenger allegedly walked out of the emergency exit onto the wing of the plane, before jumping 15 feet onto the ground.
She then is said to have started running towards the terminal before being detained by police, the reported.
The unidentified woman was also questioned by the FBI, but is reportedly no longer in FBI custody.
Cathy Cole, a witness, was sitting in the row behind the woman - who apparently didn't say anything before the stunt.
