Fiona Edson: Body found in search for missing mum, 51, who disappeared from Chippenham
A BODY has been found in the search for missing mum Fiona Edson who disappeared from Chippenham.
Fiona, 51, was last seen leaving her home in Monkton Park, Wiltshire, at 1pm on June 25.
She was on her grey mobility scooter and was wearing a khaki shirt and denim shorts.
Cops say her dark hair was being worn in a ponytail and she was wearing glasses.
Now on the sixth day of the search, Wiltshire Police has confirmed that a body has been found in the Calne area.
However, formal identification has yet to take place.

Cops added that Fiona's family have been updated and that the death is not being treated as "suspicious".
A spokesperson said: "Although formal identification has not yet taken place, Fiona's family have been updated regarding this development and are being supported by specialist officers.
"They have asked for privacy at this extremely difficult time.
"Our thoughts remain with Fiona's family and friends."

Since she was reported missing, officers, specialist search officers, colleagues from Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service and volunteers from Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (WiLSAR) have been conducting extensive searches between the Chippenham and Calne areas.
Dozens of specially-trained volunteers have been involved in the hunt, as was the police helicopter - which circled the town twice on Monday - and drones.
Earlier on Saturday, a police spokesperson confirmed that they were focusing their search in a river in the Monkton Park area.
On Thursday, dogs were seen being used by search teams, which included police, members of the fire service and Wiltshire Search and Rescue.
