CCTV shows angry cyclist punching bus driver in the face in ‘road rage incident’

POLICE are hunting an angry cyclist who clobbered a bus driver in a suspected road rage incident.
CCTV footage from the bus shows the bossy biker parking his two-wheeler in front of the vehicle in Brisbane, Australia.
To the astonishment of the commuters on board, the Lycra-wearing cyclist confronts the driver – presumably over a road incident.
After shouting at each other, the bike-jocky slaps the poor driver in the face and grabs him by the throat.
The pair then exchange blows as the motorist tries to defend himself.
Queensland Police has released images of the cyclist who was wearing wrap-around sunglasses and a safety helmet.
The bus driver sustained facial injuries following the attack, according to authorities.
A spokesperson confirmed to the that the shocking incident could be road rage related.
Cops released a statement confirming that the driver was punched in the face.
The statement read: “The cyclist and bus driver became involved in a verbal altercation when the driver was punched in the face several times.
“The man then fled along Adelaide Street on his bicycle.
“The bus driver sustained facial injuries as a result of the incident.”
Police describe the bad-tempered peddler as a tall grey-haired white man in his 50s.
