Horror footage shows two men grappling on the ground on Slade Road which previously made headlines for being "Britain's roughest street".

Locals say the road is a hotbed of violence and drugs which has spiralled into further decline over the last few years.

The video begins with the pair desperately wrestling with each other while a huge blade can be seen being brandished and waved around in the air.

One of the men manages to disarm the other while an onlooker can be heard saying: "He's stabbing him up, he just took that knife about ten times you know."

Shockingly, nobody does anything to help as pedestrians simply watch on and cars drive past as the terrifying scenes unfold.

A female witness then repeatedly shouts "call the police" until the fight comes to an abrupt end when one of the men gets up and casually walks away.

West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed one male victim suffered "serious injuries" following the altercation last Tuesday evening July 18.

A service spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a stabbing at the junction of Kings Road and Slade Road at 7.50pm on Tuesday.
