Boy, 15, found chained to front porch with a dead CHICKEN tied around his neck sues his cruel foster parents who repeatedly tortured him
The young boy claimed he had been systemically abused and is suing the county for placing him in the couple's care
A BOY is suing his foster parents after enduring horrific abuse at their hands - including being handcuffed to a front porch with a dead chicken around his neck.
The young boy was made to sleep on the floor with dirty blankets while claiming to have been burned by electrical wires and being scarred by wires.
The boy, who was 11 when he was taken from the squalid home in North Carolina, is now suing the couple - Wanda Sue Larson and her boyfriend Dorian Harper - as well as Union County officials.
The unnamed boy had spent eight years with the couple after being placed with them in 2005.
He was just one of a number of children kept at the house, with all of the children abused.
The children had lived in the North Carolina home, with a number of rooms covered in faeces.
The young boy at the centre of the lawsuit said he had been made to wear the dead chicken, on a string around his neck, after being blamed for the bird's death.
Wanda Sue Larson was jailed in 2015 after admitting to four counts of child abuse but was released for time served.
Her live-in boyfriend Harper was jailed for more than 10 years on charges of intentional child abuse, inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon.
