Just Stop Oil are recruiting university professors to join them in campaign of campus disruption
JUST Stop Oil protesters are recruiting sympathetic professors to join them in an autumn campaign of disruption at universities.
Student supporters are targeting lectures and campus facilities throughout October.
They want to carry out a stunt every other day to grab attention for their cause, insiders say.
One student told an online meeting: “Buildings, classes and ceremonies would all look great.
"We know of a number of university lecturers and professors among our ranks and need their help to join in with us.”
In the past 12 months, Just Stop Oil has turned from blocking roads and disrupting trains to invading sporting and other events.

Lone protesters disrupted graduation ceremonies at Lancaster and Exeter universities last month.
