I’ve created a calendar featuring Britain’s rubbish dumps – I got chucked out of a few of them
IF this year left you down in the dumps, try a 2024 calendar featuring recycling centres.
Creator “Dull Kev” Beresford, 71, has sold hundreds after touring Britain’s tips.
Each month, the A3 calendar offers a photo and review of a different waste collection location.
June is all about Droitwich Dump, Worcs, which is a “recommended rubbish experience” according to reviews and has a “superb scenic approach”.
Kevin, of nearby Redditch, is famous for his other calendars — including the Best of British Roundabouts and Car Parks of Britain.
Kevin - once honoured as ‘Anorak of the Year’ by the Dull Men’s Club - says he came up with the rubbish idea while on his travels.

“I go from town to town all over Britain and I passed a tip and thought that would make a great calendar," he added.
He said: “I always like to focus on the mundane and we’ve all been to rubbish tips.
“I found it amusing in doing my research that people leave reviews for them, just like when they go to a restaurant.”
Dull Men’s Club member Kevin says he got “chucked out” of a few tips as “they didn’t like me taking photos”.
