The strongman was previously said to be fighting for his life after his "existing diseases" worsened.

Kadyrov's state of health has been the subject of speculation for months amid claims he is terminally ill.

While rumours that he had kidney problems were spread after Ukrainian news outlet Obozrevatel claimed he had undergone a kidney transplant, but his body rejected the new organ.

In response to the health rumours, the dad- of - 14 dubbed Putin's attack dog, posted a bizarre video to confirm he's alive - the first time the warlord was seen in weeks.

The clip - that raised more questions than it answered- shows him at the bedside of his uncle Magomed Kadyrov in a hospital.

In the caption, Kadyrov appeared to admit he may have health problems but slammed speculation about his condition.

"I cheered up my dear uncle, wished him a speedy recovery," he said.

"I will also comment on the rumours surrounding my health condition.

"Praise be to Allah Almighty, I am alive and well and I don't understand why even in the case of my illness there should be a fuss."

However, Kadyrov’s puffy hand and face suggest his own condition remains fragile amid claims he is also a patient at the Kremlin-run hospital.

In another video posted in July, Kadyrov appeared heavier, with a swollen face while his discoloured right hand sparked speculation about recent medical treatment after claims he is suffering from liver or kidney problems.

While during a meeting with the Russian leader earlier this year, he appeared breathless, bloated and quivering.

Footage shows him shaking as he talks to a puffy-looking Putin - who is also rumoured to be seriously ill, battling cancer and Parkinson's.

Agentsvo media said: "It is curious that the head of Chechnya is the only one of Magomed Kadyrov’s visitors who sits through almost the entire video.

"Only at the very end of the video does Ramzan Kadyrov rise from his chair."

In the past few days, Kadyrov’s business plane has flown back and forth between Moscow and Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, but with no evidence he was on board.

The last time the strongman was seen was on September 1.

In comparison, a video of the warlord with his uncle - president of the Chechen Weightlifting Federation - from 2016, shows the extent of the change in Kadyrov’s appearance over the past seven years.

In the July video, the warmonger admitted he "might not have long to live" but told followers he'd posted the clip to "prove he was still alive".

Reports at the time suggested Kadyrov was close to death.

Chechen opposition politician Tumso Abdurakhmanov said: "Information is coming in that Kadyrov is near death and no longer speaks.

"His kidneys have completely failed, and dialysis does not help. It is possible that these are his last days."

And a different report claimed Kadyrov had flown to Mecca; "The flight from Mecca was clearly not easy for Kadyrov," it read.

"On his hand are visible ‘fresh’ marks, similar to traces from medical procedures.

"Information is being actively discussed in [Chechnya] that Kadyrov has a serious kidney disease."

Kadyrov was reported to be in an elite hospital in Moscow in June.

In a separate video posted in March, the warlord denied the rumours about his health once again.

Posing from the mountains in the Transcaucasus he said: “For those who console themselves with the hope that I am terminally ill, I am sorry to upset you.

"I am healthy and full of energy."

Meanwhile, Kadyrov's personal doctor, former Chechen health minister Elkhan Suleymanov, 49, mysteriously vanished a year ago and is feared dead.

It is believed the Chechen warlord held him responsible for his failing health and had him buried alive.

Kadyrov reportedly believes he was deliberately poisoned and that's what's caused his recent health struggles.

The brutal warlord, notorious for his cruelty, tortures and murders has been a stern supporter of Putin's war in Ukraine.

Millionaire influencer Kadyrov, who has ruled Chechnya for 16 years, boasts he has been sanctioned by the West more than any other individual.
