Forest Hill stabbing victim’s wife shares first picture of him since frenzied attack by knifeman shouting ‘I want to kill a Muslim’

A MUM-OF-THREE watched in horror as her innocent husband was stabbed in the head, chest and back by a crazed knifeman who reportedly shouted: "I want to kill a Muslim".
Kulsuma Ali was wearing a hijab as she travelled with husband Muhammed-Askar when he was brutally attacked while on a London Overground train this week.
He is now fighting for his life in hospital after an off-duty "hero" nurse desperately tried to save him while the train sat at Forest Hill station.
Wife Kulsuma told the : “It was terrifying. He was shouting go back to Syria.
“No one came to help us at first.
"My husband had been stabbed loads of times before anyone moved.
“There was blood everywhere. I was in shock and I have not slept since.
"The scene keeps playing in my head.”
The delivery driver dad-of-three has been described by loved ones as a "family man" who had visited a mosque to pray before the stabbing.
His wife recalled her horror at the unprovoked attack, which occurred on Monday just after 1pm.
From outside her Wandsworth home, Mrs Ali praised the "hero" nurse who kept her husband alive until emergency services arrived on scene.

A man has since appeared in court charged with attempted murder.
Adrian Brown, 38, of Forest Hill, south east London, has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and assault after an incident at Forest Hill station on Monday, British Transport Police said.
They said they were treating the incident as a "serious hate crime" and said there was "no suggestion of wider terrorist aspect".
Officers in stab-proof vests pounced on the suspect after passengers fled Forest Hill station in London after the incident at Monday lunchtime.
Muhammed-Askar, who is in his 40s, was stabbed several times while the London Overground train was held at the platform.
In a video posted on Twitter officers are seen surrounding a man on a street near the scene of the stabbing.
Shoppers look on as the man is handcuffed and led away by uniformed officers.
Fellow commuters took to social media to share news of the incident, with photographs showing a frenzy of police and ambulances outside the popular commuter station.
London Overground confirmed services between New Cross Gate, Crystal Palace and West Croydon were all suspended due to a "customer incident".
