Photos taken on the night of shooting, released by the City of Orlando Police Department, show Loibl standing at the back of the crowd - which mostly consisted of teenage girls.

At this time, Loibl had two handguns concealed inside the back of his jeans, and a hunting knife strapped around his left ankle.

He shot the YouTube star twice in the head and chest moments after the concert as she signed autographs outside the Plaza Live theatre - having driven two hours from his parents' home in St Petersburg, Florida, to murder the singer.

Loibl waited in line to meet the singer, who greeted him with open arms before he opened fire.

After being tackled by Christina's brother, Mark - who had performed onstage with her - the killer shot himself in the head.

Mark Grimmie told the Orlando Sentinel that Loibl stood out due to his age, but his sister - who came third on The Voice - did not judge him.

He said: "Christina never judged anyone, so it didn't matter what someone looked like or if they acted weirdly, she just had this way with people.

"Everyone loved her and we literally never had a problem with any fan. Nothing."

Other photos released by cops show Loibl's weapons, his concert ticket and his bedroom window, which was covered in foil to block out light.

A friend of Loibl's told police he had discovered Grimmie on YouTube last year, and his obsession with her grew - as he believed they were well-matched due to a mutual love of video games.

The killer hid his computer hard drive before he drove to the concert, and police have still been unable to locate it.

Christina was laid to rest in an "intimate" funeral on June 16th - before her mother, Tina, praised her son for his efforts to save her in a memorial service the following day.
