The shocking CCTV, which has only just been released, shows Amelia fall and hit her head on a nearby table during the 2014 attack.

Blood pouring from her nose, the blonde is helped up by stunned witnesses as she staggers dizzy from the punch.

They then attempt to stop the blood flow with napkins as she nearly collapses into chair.

Mixon meanwhile just walks calmly out of the restaurant as though nothing has happened.

The running back for the Oklahoma Sooners, was charged with misdemeanour assault and pleaded guilty without making an admission of guilt.

He was placed on one year probation and forced to carry out 100 hours of community service as well as being ordered to attend counselling.

The video was released after the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters sued for its access.

This led to the Oklahoma Supreme Court to rule earlier this month that the city of Norman should release it by December 26 or file an appeal.

Mixon's attorney said the player asked the video be made public.
