SICK TERROR MANUAL

ISIS step-by-step guide teaches lone-wolf terrorists how to use lorries to ‘crush victims’ in Berlin and Nice-style massacres

The manual said using a vehicle was one of the most lethal methods of attack

ISIS published a terror manual teaching lone-wolf jihadis how to use lorries as weapons to “crush many victims” in Berlin and Nice-style attacks.

The sick step-by-step guide, released last month in the terror group’s Rumiyah magazine, said using a vehicle was one of the most lethal methods of attack.

An “idiot's pre-attack checklist” even warned terrorists to “check the vehicle has enough petrol” and suggested "low security” gatherings as “desirable” targets.

It is thought the ‘Terror Tactics’ manual may have inspired the Berlin Christmas market attack on Monday night which claimed 12 lives and injured 48 others.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack and praised the terrorist behind the massacre as a “soldier”.

The horrific slaughter came just weeks after the terror manual encouraged extremists to plough trucks and cars into crowded outdoor events.

Outdoor markets, political rallies and “any outdoor activity that draws large crowds” were listed as “excellent targets”.

The chilling four-page manual said lorries had large enough wheels for "smashing their bodies while crushing their heads, torsos and limbs" and "leaving a trail of carnage".

After the attack in Berlin, ISIS called for lone wolves to smash cars and lorries into groups of "unbelievers" at Christmas markets across the globe.

Through its Amaq news agency, the jihadi group said the attacker carried out the atrocity "in response to calls to target nationals of countries in the international coalition".

Chilling messages, posted just half an hour after a lone attacker ploughed a truck into the Breitscheidplatz market last night show a German-speaking jihadist encouraging more attacks.

The pro-ISIS Telegram channel also encouraged future 'lone wolf' attackers to pledge their allegiance "immediately" though a contact bot.

The jihadist reportedly wrote [translated from German]: "As already announced several times: the enemy can never stop these kinds of attacks.

"You need nothing more than a vehicle, be it a truck or a car, the right intention and an unbelieving crowd.

"By Allah, these operations leave the enemy to return frightened and terrorised. So who will continue the rest of the Christmas markets?

"Let the unbelievers never forget the Lions of Islam's Christmas market!"

The Lions of Islam, die Löwen des Islam, are salafists who believe they represent the true meaning of Islam.

And the same thug called repeatedly for more attacks like those in Nice, which killed 84 people.

They added: "Race a car into the gatherings and meetings of the unbelievers.

"Get out of your car and, God-willing, you will go to paradise. Run over the unbelievers, it's the simplest method to kill them as shown by the Nice effect.

"Brothers, surrender lots of the unbelievers and Allah will show you mercy for killing so many of them."

And terrorists in Germany are desperate for a "successful" attack with a huge death toll, like those in France and Belgium.

The sickening messages also read: "A single brother with only one car rented from the unbelievers killed over 90 dirty unbelievers in Nice - when will the German Nice finally come?"

The attacker 'intentionally' drove a 32-tonne truck through the Christmas market, mounting a pavement before crashing into a crowd of shoppers.

It tore through stalls leaving a bloody trail in its wake, before ending its 150ft rampage outside the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in the city’s centre.

ISIS was quick to claim responsibility for the attack, which bears similarities to the Bastille Day attacks in Nice earlier this year.

On July 14 a 25-tonne truck crashed into crowds killing at least 84 people.

Crazed gunman Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel mounted the pavement and mowed down groups of people at 80mph before jumping out and firing at men, women and children.

Christmas markets across Europe are in lock-down, with UK attractions fitted with concrete barriers outside and in pedestrian-only zones.

Festive shoppers have raised concerns over a copycat attack at London's Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, where millions visit in the run-up to Christmas each year.

The UK terror threat level remains at "severe", and Scotland Yard have vowed to up protection at Christmas and New Year events in wake of the Berlin massacre.
