A "PARTY pad" which left neighbours fuming over loud stag and hen dos will now be split in half.
The seaside property in Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire can host up to 17 people - and has become notorious for wild parties.
Neighbours slammed the noise from "exuberant activities" in the five-bed Airbnb let.
The home boasts an indoor swimming pool, sun room, lounge, dining area and parking lot with seven spaces.
Now owners BDS Contracts want to split the property in half and cut down on the parties, the reports.
Enforcement inspectors found that the property was a "party house" with space for 17 people at any one time.

They said: "This is based on the pattern of arrivals and departures, with associated traffic movements."
The inspectors also noted "the numbers of people constituting the visiting groups on many occasions" - and "the frequency of party-type activities, and the lack of consideration for neighbours".
They added: "It is clear that the activity of people living in the property whilst enjoying their holiday has included exuberant activities.
"The reasonableness of individuals and their ability to judge what is appropriate behaviour has been diminished when they feel in a holiday spirit.

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park's planning bosses are set to approve the proposal to divide the house - on the condition that one half is not rented out as a holiday let.
The application to split the property has been recommended for approval by the council.
