Manchester United star Chris Smalling’s Page 3 model fiancée Sam Cooke sleeps rough for the night to raise money for homeless charity
Beauty abandons Cheshire mansion to raise awareness of the plight of people without rooves over their heads this festive season
HERE’S a sight you thought you would never see – a WAG ditching her mansion to sleep rough.
But Manchester United star Chris Smalling’s fiancée snubbed their posh pad to spend a night on the streets.
Sam Cooke and fellow Page 3 beauty Holly Peers camped out to raise money for a homeless charity.
Armed with just coats, cardboard boxes and a sleeping bag, the pair and three pals braved freezing temperatures in the early hours of Tuesday.
It is a far cry from Sam’s usual night’s kip at the spectacular home she shares with the England defender in a leafy Cheshire suburb.
Sam, who got engaged to Smalling in July, told The Sun: “It’s obviously not every day you see WAGs sleeping on the streets but I’m so passionate to help raise awareness for the issue.
“We spent all night chatting to the homeless people and listening to their stories.
