ADAM Johnson's sister has posted quotes from the disgraced footballer on social media to wish fans a "special Christmas".
Loyal Faye Johnson used her Instagram profile to share a message from shamed the former Sunderland star - jailed for six years for sex with a teenage girl.
Faye, 24, posted a report of her brother's late winner against North East rivals Newcastle two years ago in December 2014.
The footballer was quoted then saying: "To have scored the winner, in the last minute, in front of the Gallowgate End for Sunderland can never be taken away from me now.
"We have made all the fans' Christmas even more special."
Faye added on her Instagram post: "2 year (ago) today. Memories last forever."

One fan replied: "We all no what club meant to him ano he will be reliving this today especially."
Faye also shared a message about the hardship of the last two years though her brother's arrest, trial and sentencing.
It says: "2015 & 2016 have been the most confusing, challenging, emotional, depressing, hardest, eye-opening and unforgettable years of my life."
Faye added: "The truth. Never give up though."
Johnson was jailed in March for grooming a starstruck 15-year-old fan and engaging in sexual activity with her in his Range Rover.
He is launching a second appeal against his six-year sentence after his first application to appeal in July was rejected by a judge.
Last month we revealed how Faye could be jailed for contempt after allegedly taking a photograph inside a court building.
She tweeted the snap to her 3,800 followers while attending court to support her ex-partner Steven Knox, who was facing charges of harassing Johnson’s victim.
The pic – taken from a window of the court – showed press photographers outside and was accompanied with the message: “Seriously got nothing better to do.”
It is a criminal offence to take a photo inside a court building and anyone caught doing so can be fined up to £1,000 or jailed for contempt.
Labourer Knox, 30, was jailed for 16 weeks posting pictures of the youngster and urging others to share them online despite warnings from police.
Last month we also told how Faye organised a birthday party for Johnson's ex Stacey Flounder at which she partied with a male stripper.
