iPhone 8 leaks suggest Apple will release pricey high-end ‘Ferrari’ version of device
APPLE is planning to release a luxurious "Ferrari" iPhone 8 model, industry watchers have claimed.
The latest iRumours suggest the tech giant will unveil three versions of its next smartphone in 2018.
One of these is rumoured to have been code-named Ferrari, indicating that it will be a super-deluxe version which will have tech fans drooling.
The rumour, which was reported on the , is unconfirmed.
But it adds to mounting speculation that Apple is planning something BIG for its next smartphone, which is expected to be unveiled on the 10th anniversary of the day the late, great Apple CEO Steve Jobs showed off the first iPhone.
The Ferrari model is expected to feature a large "AMOLED" screen, which is a thin, light and energy efficient type of smartphone display.
