Women in LA ‘have lost their libido after Donald Trump won the US Presidential election’
The trend - dubbed as 'The Trump Bedroom Backlash' - has taken its toll in the bedrooms of American couples
DONALD Trump's triumph in the election hasn't gone down well between the sheets - with a number of American women losing their libido in the wake of his win.
And the problem is so bad it's even got a name - the "The Trump Bedroom Backlash."
Sex therapist Kimberly Resnick Anderson told the : "Since Trump won a common complaint in my office is that women get more easily annoyed when their husbands or boyfriends initiate sex.
"There are so many women complaining about it, I dubbed it "The Trump Bedroom Backlash."
According to the sex expert, those hardest hit by a lack of lovemaking are men in Los Angeles.
It has caused issues for a high number of couple's in the Californian city because it is a "mecca" for Democrats and Clinton supporters.
A certified sex expert she said one patient has totally gone off sex completely because all she can think about his him boasting and exploiting women, and it makes her feel "sick."
Another man who came to visit her cannot get any action at all since confessing he supported the billionaire his wife wants "nothing" to do with him and see's him as "the enemy."

Resnick Anderson said another complaint has been couple's where the man supports Trump and the woman does not, which results in all bets being off in the bedroom.
She said that while the problem has been significant in Los Angeles, she has seen it mirrored across other states in America.
It started to manifest itself when the President-elect began his campaign in earnest, and escalated when he won the election.
Resnick Anderson thinks the reason behind the billionaire making things bad in the bedroom for so many women was he was dogged by a number of stories which were seen by many as derogatory.
In a tape released during the run up to the US election Trump can be heard saying: "When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything …Grab them by the p***y".
She said she saw people's libido diminishing during the entire campaign.
Resnick Anderson added as a result of the Access Hollywood tape, many women now thought it was seen as acceptable to judge a woman by her looks and sexualize her.
And his defence it was "locker room" talk only exacerbated bad feeling and lack of sex drive.
Resnick Anderson added if women were suffering from "Trump Bedroom Backlash" they should talk about their feelings to overcome it."
And she stressed if a person had been sexually assaulted and was trying to resolve issues relating to it, they should speak to a qualified therapist to help them through it.
