Hunt for thugs including woman who shouted ‘death to all Jews’ and men in ‘Hamas headbands’ after protest chaos

Seven people have been charged over the demonstrations so far with Home Secretary Suella Braverman slamming the 'sick' violence faced by Jews

COPS are today hunting thugs – including a woman who shouted “death to all Jews” – after chaos unfolded in violent protests yesterday.

Police are now urgently hunting for the woman and a string of others after another weekend plagued by anti-Semitism and other forms of racism.

Chaos unfolded in the capital yesterday as counter-protesters, pro-Palestine demonstrators and cops clashed in the city.

Violence broke out as missiles and fireworks were launched at police with 145 people arrested – with Defence Secretary Grant Shapps saying there will likely be more.

Now, in the wake of the march and protests, Met Police and British Transport Police (BTP) are urgently trying to identify those accused of anti-Semitism and other sickening behaviour, including men appearing to wear Hamas headbands.

In one vile incident caught on film, a woman is seen walking up to a group who are holding Palestine flags and signs as they argue with a passerby.

She seems to side with the group, and starts yelling over top of them before screaming: “Death to all the Jews.”

Another woman was seen carrying a Nazi swastika sign while in another video, a man was seen criticising people who support Israel, before talking about Hitler.

And in another disturbing photo, men appeared to be wearing Hamas-style headbands while at the pro-Palestinian protests.

Police are also searching for others allegedly involved in “racially aggravated altercations” – including those at Waterloo station where pro-Palestinian groups had gathered.

In a video shared on X, formerly Twitter, one man in an Arsenal shirt can be heard calling a group of individuals ‘terrorist f***ers’.

In it, one man finishes his insults by telling the group he was “born in the country”.

Another then adds: “Yeah who are you? You terrorist c***”.

And yet another video that has surfaced showing sick racist abuse, a man is seen “shooing” a group, telling them “go away, go back home”.

A woman carrying a placard showing Suella Braverman and Rishi Sunak as coconuts is also being hunted by cops.

‘ACTION IS NECESSARY’

Home Secretary Suella Braverman has today condemned the “sick” anti-Semitic chants and placards at the Armistice Day pro-Palestinian march while praising police who faced “violence and aggression” from protesters and counter-protesters.

The Home Secretary has today vowed: “Further action is necessary.”

Braverman added: “The sick, inflammatory and, in some cases, clearly criminal chants, placards and paraphernalia openly on display at the march mark a new low.

“Anti-Semitism and other forms of racism together with the valorising of terrorism on such a scale is deeply troubling.”

She added: “This can’t go on. Week by week, the streets of London are being polluted by hate, violence, and antisemitism.

“Members of the public are being mobbed and intimidated. Jewish people in particular feel threatened.”

London police forces are continuing their investigations into this weekend’s chaos with seven so far charged.

The BTP said it was probing the videos, adding: “Senior detectives are currently reviewing this footage and an investigation is underway.

“Anyone with any information regarding this incident is urged to contact police as soon as possible, by calling us on 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016.

Met Police are doing the same.

The force wrote: “Following today’s pro-Palestinian demonstration we’re looking to identifying individuals in the thread below.

“Anyone who can help us identify this person should call 101.

“Information can also be provided to Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”

It comes after cops said this morning they had launched a probe after Jewish families leaving a north London synagogue were said to have been referred by pro-Palestine activists.

The Campaign Against Antisemitism confirmed it was “aware” of the Jewish families “being targeted on their way out of synagogue”.

The group said it had “received multiple reports of police having to escort congregants away in groups for their own safety”.

Footage circulating online showed a group of men holding green flags, waving Palestine flags and shouting from cars.
