'NOT MY' POSTER CAMPAIGN

In the episode where Farage slammed Johnson as shambolic, Farage also clashed with other stars over Brexit - and a particular poster that saw him and Johnson clash in the past.

TV presenter Fred Sirieix, 51, slammed Farage, saying: “Brexit was about immigration, I remember your poster. I thought it was shameful what you did Nigel. Shameful.”

Farage replied: “Sadly, sadly it was absolutely true. It was a poster showing mass young men moving illegally across borders.”

Fred said: “But it was about demonising migrants.”

It was this poster that saw Johnson say he was distancing himself from Farage in 2016.

It showed a queue of mostly non-white migrants and refugees with the slogan: “Breaking point: the EU has failed us all.”

The reported Johnson was quick to say said the poster was “not our campaign” and “not my politics”.

He told reporters after reporters showed him a photo of the poster: “I am passionately pro-immigration and pro-immigrants.”

ELECTION PACT 'REGRET'

In May 2023 Farage revealed he had "regret" around some of his dealings with Johnson - including one that helped him land the PM seat.

It was 2017 when the Brexit Party leader pulled candidates from 317 seats, seeing the Conservatives get a clear run in the 2019 election.

It was deal Farage struck with Johnson - helping him land the top job.

The 59-year-old, who labelled Brexit a failure the week prior, said he now regrets the pact.

The reported he told ITV: "I felt at that moment in time, we just had to get it over the line.

"I have some regrets now, yes, of course I do.”

Farage continued: “The Conservatives effectively lied to the country in 2019, they've not delivered Brexit and Sunak now is saying he doesn't want us to compete with our neighbours, which is almost an admission we're going to stick close to single market rules.

"This is not what millions voted for."

JOHNSON SAYS FARAGE 'SPEAKING FOR KREMLIN'

At the beginning of 2023, Farage questioned Johnson's "relationship with the truth" and the former PM hit back.

It centered around the war in Ukraine - with Johnson slamming Farage in an interview in the US.

Johnson was asked to respond on TV after a clip with played to him with Farage sounding as though he doubted the former PM.

In it, he said: “As ever with Boris Johnson. You know, lots of personality, lots of colour. Good story.

"But when it comes to facts, when it comes to detail, when it comes to the absolute truth, I think Boris Johnson’s relationship with those things is somewhat loose, to put it mildly."

The reported Johnson then said: “Well, look, I think that the  and I don’t know if Nigel’s speaking for the Kremlin, but the Kremlin are fabled for their complete refusal to tell the truth about anything that’s happening in Ukraine."

JOHNSON SLAMS FARAGE FOR IMMIGRANT COMMENT

In 2014, Farage tried to blame immigrants for him being late to a meeting due to M4 traffic delays.

He claimed that "open-door immigration" bore some of the responsibility for his tardiness.

This saw Johnson quickly slam him - dubbing the excuse as "feeble" and one of the "poorest" he had ever heard.

Johnson, who was the London Mayor at the time, said it came after Farage was set to address a Welsh conference - but was late.

reported the then-mayor told LBC radio: "Yeah, I heard this. Xenophobia is like sewage, it’s a natural concomitant of the human condition.

"We’ve got to manage it, we’ve got to dispose of it. It’s like effluent, it’s something that human beings naturally produce."
