RAPPER Vacio who wore just a sock to the Moscow elite’s "naked party" could be ordered to fight in Ukraine.

Russian authorities handed military summons to the artist after finding him guilty of petty hooliganism and spreading "gay propaganda" in the sordid bash.

Vacio, 25, real name Nikolai Vasilyev, could now be forced to serve in the war zone due to the dictator’s wrath.

He is currently serving the second of two short jail terms totalling 25 days imposed after the “debauched” party which involved some of Moscow’s best-known celebrities.

After a Moscow court found him guilty, he was fined and jailed for 15 days in December.

His sentence was later increased by 10 days following more accusations.

Alexei Lobaryov, a member of Russia’s Public Monitoring Commission, said: "After he served 15 days, [Vacio] was taken to the military registration and enlistment office where he was given a summons for January 9, and then taken to the police."

Vacio’s latest punishment is to be ordered to the military registration office.

The rapper believes he has been unfairly detained and accused of promoting LGBT rights - something which is seen as extremism in Putin’s land.

He apparently told the authorities that he "is not a representative of the LGBT community, and has never been one".

However, his risqué antics in the sordid bash organised by Russian elites have attracted a serious backlash from the war fanatics.

Apart from wearing just a sock on his manhood, he reportedly mimicked oral sex with another man at the debaucherous gathering - and was later accused of swearing at a law enforcement officer.

After receiving his prison sentence in December, Vacio issued a public apology in a recorded video.

He said: "I want to say that I do not support LGBT and did not want to make any propaganda about this.

"I apologise for offending the feelings of other people and being a participant in such a terrible video at such a difficult time for our country [due to the war]."

It comes as a humiliated Putin ordered a crackdown on the debauched party.

X-rated pictures and videos of a lurid two-day party held in club Mutabor were personally inspected by the disapproving dictator, who demanded retribution.

Putin’s fury triggered a major tax probe against party host Nastya Ivleeva, 32, who could be forced to pay £1.1 million in arrears and face up to five years in jail.

At the event she had boasted that she wore £200,000 [23 million roubles] diamonds and emeralds on her “skinny” backside - but now she faces two separate criminal cases, reports revealed.

In a teary and emotional video, the influencer, TV presenter, socialite and ex-editor of Playboy Russia made her second apology after being faced with Putin’s wrath.

She confessed she had “flown off the handle” by organising the “almost naked” glitterati party in wartime when hundreds of thousands of Russians have sacrificed their lives or limbs for Putin’s debilitating war.

She made clear it felt as if Putin was forcing her to undergo “public execution”.

“Whoever was hurt by this [party], no one deserves it,” she confessed.

“They say Russia can forgive.

“If that's true, I'd really like to ask you, the people, for a second chance.

“And if it's not, then public execution has never been cancelled…

“Which is probably already happening now, but I will not dodge [my punishment] and I am ready for any outcome.”

Even Putin's celebrity "goddaughter" Ksenia Sobchak, 42 - a major TV personality, presidential candidate and ex-Playboy model - was forced to make a humbling video apology for her presence at the hedonistic high society jamboree.

Sobchak had earlier rejected criticism of the semi-naked party she attended which outraged Russian troops.

She hit back saying: "Maybe it was a bad party in your opinion but we wanted glamour and it turned out the way it did.

"Maybe you don't like to look at it all, but, sorry, where and when grown-ups go with a bare bum is their own business."

Russian war fanatics were left enraged over the sordid, near-naked party staged in the capital as troops die in Ukraine war.

Critics compared the high-profile gathering to Sodom and Gomorrah, claiming the antics of the wealthy stars are an insult to those dying on the frontline for the Kremlin's illegal war against Ukraine.

Public figure Yuri Podolyaka said: "Our soldiers at the front are clearly not fighting for this. Not for this Russia."

Poet Anna Revyakina slammed the reprobate party saying: "This is either Sodom or Gomorrah, or both cities at the same time.

Cops have been investigating male kisses, projections of naked women on the ceiling, and a man mimicking oral sex with rapper Vacio, said reports.
