SELF-confessed germaphobe Donald Trump has denied he watched prostitutes engage in "degrading sexual acts" in a Russian hotel room - because he is obsessed with cleanliness.
During a news conference at Trump Tower in New York City, the president-elect picked holes in the accusations which have been detailed in a leaked "dirty dossier".
He slammed the 35-page report as "fake news", adding that he has a pathological fear of germs.
What is a germaphobe?
The definition of a germaphobe is a person with an "extreme fear" of germs who is obsessed with cleanliness.
Celebrities who are said to be germaphobes include Michael Jackson and Cameron Diaz.
Legend Jackson's extreme fear of germs meant he wore surgical masks and gloves while in public.
While actress Cameron Diaz is said to repeatedly wash her hands throughout the day - using her elbows instead of her hands to open doors.
Is Donald Trump a germaphobe?
Trump is well-known for having a fear of germs.
He has previously been hesitant to shake hands with people he meets for that reason.
Presenter Piers Morgan backed up his pal who will soon be moving into the White House.
He said: "Trump IS a germaphobe, fyi.
"I've personally seen him recoil from shaking hands (not mine, obviously..) many times."
At a news conference at Trump Tower in New York City, the president-elect asked: "Does anyone really believe that story?
"I'm also very much of a germophobe, by the way.
"Believe me."
In the past it has even been reported that he even refuses to touch the ground floor button in a lift.
He has also been quoted saying: "I'm going to do everything in my power not to shake hands with teachers.
"They have 17,000 germs per square inch on their desk.
"That's ten times the germ rate of those in other professions. It's absolutely swarming with germs."
What else did Trump say at the press conference?
The billionaire businessman used his first press conference since winning the presidency to blast the intelligence community and media for allowing the "dirty dossier" to become public.
He told a packed room of reporters the story couldn't possibly be true - because he has always been wary of hidden cameras when travelling abroad.
"I am extremely careful, said Trump.
"I always say if I'm leaving this country be very careful because in your hotel rooms you're probably going to have cameras.
You better be careful or you'll be watching yourself on nightly television.

"I say number one I hope you're going to be good anyway, but you have cameras in the strangest places.
"Cameras that are so small with modern technology you can't see them and you won't know.
"You better be careful or you'll be watching yourself on nightly television. I tell people this all the time.
"So does anyone really believe that story?"
He added that the "disgraceful" leak is "something that Nazi Germany would have done".
He then moved on to his business dealings, saying that he would give his sons ";leadership, not ownership" of his company.
And he remained defiant against releasing his tax returns, adding that his win showed that the American people did not care.
